Publishing report of international enquiry mission delayed

The international enquiry mission into the causes of the Russia-Georgia conflict has delayed publishing its conclusion for two months. Diplomats of EU member countries have adopted the decision in Brussels. The report should have been published on July 31, although the head of the commission addressed the European diplomats with request of delay. Heidi Tagliavini said the commission has gained new materials, investigation of which needs additional time.
